OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

 

Our Company is currently seeking someone with strong Data Entry Skills to assist in the Accounting Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Scan Invoices into Accounting File
  • Enter Invoices on Spreadsheet for import into accounting software
  • Verify receipt of lien waivers
  • Update Vendor Files
  • Prepare Bank Deposits
  • Organize Vendor Certificates of Insurance
  • Maintain and Create some paper files
  • Enter timecard data
  • Process mail
  • Periodically inventory office supplies for reorder

Qualifications

  • Ability to accurately enter data
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline & detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in office administration a plus

We will train an applicant with the desired job skills. This is a good entry level Office Administration Position.
